Woodford Art City (working title - sounds like a theme park)

• economic & environmental/waste issues intrinsically linked (http://friends.woodfordfolkfestival.com/projects)
• raise funds to address the environmental/waste issues (hydro/wind power, rubbish, forest program, riparian zones, etc) through the establishment of an 'Art City'
• residential
• accommodation with revolving people & users (eg. artists/thinkers in residence)
